Take Broward Boulevard to Andrews Avenue and head south.  Go over bridge and make your first immediate right at the bottom of the bridge onto SW 5th Street.  Over the railroad tracks and then one block to stop sign at SW 3rd Avenue.  Make a right and take to the end of the street.  Plenty of parking in the gated marina parking lot and also along the street.
